This October LimeLight Sports Club (LSC) launched a new app for their members developed by MANY Digital and District Technologies. LSC hosts mass participation events focused on an active life such as 10K’s, triathlons and much more, and the new app will be an integral part of their efforts in giving their customers the best experience possible.
The app will allow access to LSC’s events – both the physical ones as well as the virtual, and users will have a host of features to enrich their experience.
Some of the features that LSC-members can look forward to is geo-targeting, in-app notifications, the possibility to tailor their profile for the most relevant information, gamification, quizzes and much more.
Members can make their own goals and access leaderboards to keep the motivation going and get competitive as well as share achievements and photos on social media. Popular wearables such as Garmin and Fitbit are also compatible with the app to make fitness tracking as convenient as ever.
The new app is a boon for sponsors as well, with a commercial engine that allows for sponsors and commercial partners to deliver targeted and relevant offers through the app.
